EASY CARE:
• Can be washed in a washing machine.
• For best results, use the delicate cycle and cold water.
• Can be ironed with a warm iron.
• Use a pressing cloth or baking paper when ironing to reduce heat shine or turn the sleeve inside out to preserve your customisation

• Processing times: 1-3 business days from the day we receive your order
• Most orders shipped take 6-8 business days to arrive. Please understand that shipping times are different from processing times.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges:
• We accept returns, cancellations, and exchanges on items that have NOT been customised. Returns & Exchanges accepted within 21 days 
• Because of our quick shipping, we accept order cancellations within 24 hours. The buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.
• Please get in touch with us within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for initial shipping costs as well as any returned shipping fees if incurred.
